Analysis
A Red Taijutsu debuffer who fights with a gun, alternating between two ammo modes and amplifying the enemy team's Damage Received while chipping in follow-up attacks. She is a support-debuffer first, not a main damage dealer.
Her two reload skills define her: S2 loads Special Ammo (single-target with a low chance to delay the enemy) and S3 loads Enhanced Ammo (AoE that stacks a Damage Received debuff on all enemies). In practice you will almost always favor S3, since its stackable debuff is far more valuable than S2's unreliable delay — and while Enhanced Ammo is active, her follow-ups and S1 apply that debuff too.
Her standout mechanic is her Follow-Up Attack: a passive makes her fire bonus shots whenever an ally uses a Command or Ultimate skill, and her own skills and Ultimate ramp her Follow-Up rate up to 100%. Note that ally buffs and other follow-up attacks do NOT trigger it — only direct Command/Ultimate skills — so she pairs best with active damage dealers and debuffers rather than buff-bots.
Her Ultimate is her biggest debuff window: it applies a massive Damage Received increase to the target and maxes out her Follow-Up Attack rate for several activations — turning the whole team's actions into extra hits on a softened enemy.
She also brings light control (action delays) and a self-Conceal passive that hides her when low on HP, giving her some survivability despite being fragile.
Her personal damage is low, so her value is purely as a Red debuffer-amplifier: keep the right ammo loaded, fire her Ultimate to crater an enemy's defenses, and let her follow-up shots and Damage Received debuffs multiply the rest of the team's output.
