Toge Inumaki

An R-rarity Red support who punches above his rarity through team protection and control. Despite being the lowest tier of unit, his kit does genuinely useful things, making him a handy early-game pick for free-to-play players.

S2 (Protect!) is his standout tool: it cuts the whole team's Damage Received and fills every ally's Ultimate gauge — a rare combination of defensive shielding and Ultimate acceleration that even some higher-rarity units lack.

S3 (Don't Move!) is his control button, a near-guaranteed single-target Stun that can lock down a dangerous enemy for a turn.

His Ultimate is a solid single-target Cursed Speech nuke, giving him a bit of damage to contribute alongside his support.

The cost of his kit is his own HP — nearly everything he does sacrifices health to cast — and as an R he is extremely fragile with very low stats.

In practice his main current use is as a one-shot Ultimate enabler: you cast S2 to instantly fill the whole team's Ultimate gauge, letting your carries unleash their Ultimates early, and accept that he bleeds himself out doing it. He is essentially expendable — a cheap battery you sacrifice to kickstart the team's burst, then replace with a real SSR support.
