Analysis

A Blue Jujutsu attacker whose entire identity is acting twice per turn. His S3 puts him in Spirit Turtle State, and a passive grants him an additional action while it is active — so his core gameplay is taking two attacks every turn instead of one, on top of an evasion chance.

The catch is that Spirit Turtle has a built-in downside: while active it cuts his own Damage Dealt and slows his Ultimate charge. The trick is to re-cast S3 while already in the state, which flips that penalty into a damage buff and cheaper Cursed Energy costs — so the state goes from a drawback to a major power spike.

Inside Spirit Turtle his other skills upgrade: his S1 transforms into a strong multi-hit Taijutsu attack that costs no Cursed Energy, and his other attacks gain stackable damage buffs. Most of his real output comes from chaining these improved, often free skills across his two actions each turn.

S2 is his main nuke — a single-target Jujutsu hit with a self Jujutsu buff baked in — and his Ultimate is a bigger version of the same, so he stays a reliable single-target damage dealer.

He is fairly self-sufficient on resources: a passive recovers Cursed Energy when he is hit and another gives a one-time energy and Jujutsu boost, helping him fund his rotation. A practical caveat is that he needs a turn to set up Spirit Turtle and re-cast it before he is at full power, so he ramps rather than bursting immediately.
