Analysis
A Green Jujutsu attacker and debuffer who revolves around his Red Scale State — a self-buff stance that upgrades his skills, stacks poison and Damage Received debuffs, and lets him pump out heavy sustained damage.
There are two stages to the mechanic, and only the second one (Flowing Red Scale: Stack) unlocks his improved skills, so the core of playing him is reaching and keeping that second stage active.
S2 deals damage, applies a debuff, and is what enters or renews his Red Scale State; the state itself grants him a damage buff, a chance at heavy damage reduction, and ongoing Cursed Energy regen.
S3 applies poison and a Damage Received debuff, and once upgraded it deals extra damage, stacks more poison, and adds a Confusion-style Disruption to the target.
His Ultimate enters the Red Scale stack state while landing high poison and a Damage Received debuff; in the upgraded stack state it fires an additional hit for nearly double the output.
His Red Scale State and a passive both regenerate Cursed Energy, which is important because his improved skills cost more — the energy sustain is what lets him keep the upgraded stance running. Those self-buffs also resist the buff-stripping found in high-difficulty content, so prioritize keeping the second Red Scale stage up at all times.
