Analysis
A Green Taijutsu enhancer who deals respectable damage himself while showering the Green team with crit, Black Flash and damage-dealt buffs plus enemy debuffs. He is a damage amplifier first and a sub-attacker second.
S3 deals damage and stacks a Damage Dealt buff onto the Green team. S2 is similar but adds extra crit and Black Flash rate for himself — the trade-off being that it runs on a cooldown rather than being spammable.
His Ultimate is a multi-hit finisher that pairs a Green Damage Received debuff on the target with another team-wide Damage Dealt buff, so it amplifies the squad even as it nukes.
Landing a Black Flash flips him into Zone State, where he gains a stacking self-buff tied to his Black Flash count and hands the Green team Black Flash rate and Ultimate gauge — turning him into a team-wide engine.
Zone also upgrades his skills: S1 gains a no-cost Green Damage Received debuff, S2 adds a Break Damage Received debuff, and S3 layers on a Crit Damage buff — so being in Zone is where his full kit comes online.
He carries a Counter that can trigger every turn and protects the whole team, buffing allies on a successful counter (and Zone raises its activation rate). On top of that, every crit or Black Flash he lands feeds the Green team more Damage Dealt and crit rate, making him a buff machine for Black-Flash-heavy Green comps.
