Analysis
A Yellow Taijutsu attacker built around Zone State and Black Flash. He is a single-target bruiser whose damage spikes hugely once he enters Zone, where he gets to act twice per turn and his skills upgrade.
His Ultimate is the trigger: a guaranteed Black Flash nuke that also activates Zone State. While in Zone a passive grants him an extra action each turn plus big Taijutsu and Black Flash buffs and Cursed Energy — so the Ultimate effectively turns him into a double-acting powerhouse for a couple of turns.
The trade-off is that he cannot recast his Ultimate while Zone is active, so Zone is a burst window: enter it, unload two upgraded skills per turn, then rebuild toward the next Ultimate once it ends.
S2 builds his Ultimate charge normally, but in Zone it transforms — and its bonus depends on the order you use it: cast first for crit and Black Flash rate, or second for a flat Damage Dealt buff, rewarding clever sequencing across his two actions.
S3 is his break-damage hitter with self damage reduction, and in Zone it becomes an even harder-hitting version. Both skills get cheaper in Zone thanks to his passive's Cursed Energy efficiency, so he can chain them comfortably.
He has strong innate offense (high crit and Black Flash baked into his normal attack) and Poison/Soul resistance for survivability. A practical rotation is to cycle S2 and S1 outside Zone to charge his Ultimate, then once in Zone spam S3 for the heaviest hits across his two actions.
His one notable weakness is that he is fairly Cursed Energy hungry, so he benefits a lot from being paired with a battery ally or CE regen support to keep his skills flowing — especially during the Zone window where acting twice doubles his energy spend.
