Analysis

A Green Taijutsu attacker who uses no Cursed Energy — every skill is free to cast, so she never needs a battery and slots cleanly into any Green team. Her damage is pure Taijutsu, built around crits and self-buffs.

Her Ultimate is her single-target nuke and its damage scales with her current HP — the healthier she is, the harder it hits — rewarding keeping her topped up rather than letting her take damage.

S3 is her crit setup: it grants a huge Critical Hit Rate boost and big break damage on a single hit, so you cast it to guarantee crits before unloading her bigger attacks.

S2 is her AoE and team debuff — it damages all enemies, applies a Taijutsu Damage Received debuff, and hits harder the fewer enemies remain, so it doubles as strong single-target damage against a lone boss.

Her crit-focused kit feeds itself: her normal attack stacks a Taijutsu Damage Received debuff on crit, and her high innate crit rate keeps that rolling, softening the target for the whole Green team.

Thanks to her Heavenly Restriction passive she is self-sufficient and durable — passive HP regen, damage reduction, and a Taijutsu boost that scales higher against fewer enemies — making her especially strong against single bosses.

A practical rotation is to open with S3 for the crit setup, throw in a few normal attacks (or spam S3 to help break), then cast S2 right before the Ultimate to stack her damage buffs for the biggest possible finisher. Overall a low-maintenance, energy-free Green carry that wants to crit and stay healthy.
