Analysis

A Red Jujutsu attacker who doubles as a powerful team amplifier through his Domain Expansion, Infinite Void. He deals strong personal damage but his real value is the massive Damage Received debuff his Domain lands on the whole enemy team.

His Ultimate is the centerpiece: it applies a true Stun to all enemies for multiple turns, strips and locks their Ultimate counts, removes enemy buffs, and overwrites any enemy Domain while inflicting an enormous Damage Received debuff that scales with his Urgent Business count — set up over time it can more than double the damage the whole team deals to those enemies.

S2 is his AoE damage and debuff, hitting all enemies while lowering their Damage Dealt, and S3 is his high-multiplier single-target nuke with a self Jujutsu buff. Both cost only 1 Cursed Energy, so he can fire them freely every turn before committing his Domain.

His normal attack is a hard-hitting Black Flash skill, and landing a Black Flash triggers Zone State for bonus Jujutsu and crit — so he ramps his own damage simply by attacking.

Two important catches: casting his Domain applies Skill Restriction to himself for a few turns (locking out his other skills), and he is on a timer through Urgent Business — once it expires he leaves the field entirely. The longer he survives, though, the higher his Urgent Business count and the stronger his Domain debuff becomes.

He also starts with Attack Immunity, making him hard to kill before his Domain fires. Best used as a Red carry-amplifier: build up Urgent Business, drop Infinite Void to crater the enemy team's defenses, and let your other damage dealers capitalize.
